Change Status > Registrant Search Page

The Change Status > Registrants Search page allows users to search for Registrants based on their current status, date of status change, last name, SSN, and Administrative Flags that have been added to the Registrant's record.

To search for Registrant's, perform the following steps:

  1. Selecting from the following search criteria:

    Search Criteria for Search for Reigstrants
    User Information Description
    Status

    The status of the Registrant's questionnaire.

    To add a status from the Status list, select one or more statuses (CTRL + click), and then click the Add link. The statuses are added to the Selected Status list. To add all statuses from the list, click the Add All link.

    To remove statuses from the Selected Status list, select each status in the list, and then click the Remove link. To remove all statuses from this list, click the Remove All link.

    Date Range for Registrant Current Status

    Specify the date range for the Registrant's status to have changed.

    Enter the dates in the From Date and To Date boxes using the format mm/dd/yyyy.

    Last Name Enter the Registrant's last name.
    Last Four digits of SSN If filtering for Registrant records by SSN, enter the last four digits of the Registrant's Social Security Number (SSN) in the provided box.
    Admin Flag

    An Admin Flag is used to indicate a specific administrative action was performed for a Registrant.

    Use the Admin Flag box to select the Admin flag criteria that will be used to filter the search results.

    Exclude All Registrants with “Review-HEC” Admin Flag Select this checkbox if the results will exclude those Registrants that have had the Review-HEC Administrative Flag assigned to their record.
  2. Click the Search button.

    The system displays the Change Status > Registrant Search page that lists those Registrants that meet the selected search criteria.

    Note: -_The displayed results can be filtered by clicking on an underlined table heading.

  3. To view the Registrant's status history, click the Select button that corresponds to the user in the listed results.

    The Change Status > Registrant: LastName, FirstName > Current Status: CurrStatus page displays.

    Note: -_The CurrStatus variable in the title of the page will displays the user's current status. For example, if the Registrant is in a "Review" status, it will display as shown in the previous figure.
